    ☻ MTO styles are made & shipped within 7-10 (business days Monday-Friday, (not including holidays). RTS is shipped in 1-3 days 
    ☻Please keep in mind, this is a one women business & products are handmade.

  • ☻“Pretransit”= the post office has not scanned or updated tracking.
    ☻ We can generally control the processing time but once it’s with the mail carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
    ☻ If an item is damaged by the postal service or not delivered, please contact USPS with your tracking number.

    ☻Shipping delays are expected around upcoming holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering holidays items.

  • ☻ Sewn items: wash inside out with like colors in cold water, gentle/handwash cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron.

  • ☻ All orders are final sale.
    ☻ We do not allow returns or exchanges for sizing. Please choose carefully. For help picking a size email

    ☻If an order is wrong or damaged (not due to shipping), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with picture proof.
    ☻ If an order is missing or lost by USPS, You must contact USPS & open a claim. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
    ☻ if order is eligible for a return, you will be emailed a return label. customer must send the item back & a refund will be issued when received & inspected by So Stitch Handmade.
